Little Maunditts Cottage is priced from £175 per night for Sundays to Thursdays from £225 per night for Fridays and Saturdays.

Prices may vary at peak times ie bank holidays, during Badminton Horse trials etc.

Late deals may sometimes be available. Please call for an accurate quote.

                         

Start Dates: Start dates are Fridays for seven night stays, Mondays for four night mid-week stays and Fridays for three night weekends. We do not normally take bookings for less than three nights (and only offer 7 night stays during peak times)

 

Prices Include: Rental, heating, electricity, bed linen & towels, toiletries & cleaning materials. A welcome basket of essential groceries is provided free of charge. Prices are for a maximum of six persons and there is an additional charge for a seventh person using the sofa bed. We do not accept bookings for more than 7 persons. All prices inclusive of VAT. 

 

Insurance: Not included in your booking. Please ensure you have adequate travel & cancellation insurance including Covid cover as we can no longer refund guests for Covid related matters. We cannot take responsibility for the cancellation of third party events or transport.

 

Security Deposit: £250 Returnable security deposit for damages and/or extra cleaning required on all bookings.

 

Currency: All prices are shown in (£) Sterling

 

Deposit: A deposit equal to 1/3rd of total fee payable at time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to commencement of booking. If booking is made within 8 weeks, payment should be made in full. Please read full terms and conditions for cancellation policy.

 

Payment: Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by paypal. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Please contact us to confirm your method of payment and we will give you the relevant details.

 

Children: Children are welcome at the property within the maximum occupancy level. We can provide two highchairs and two travel cots by prior arrangement. Please advise us of the number and ages of any children staying in the property. Children are included in the occupancy number and only infants can be included (by prior agreement) without extra charge.

 

Rental Period: Rental period commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure.

 

Booking Form: Please email us for a booking form. Bookings are not guaranteed until we receive a completed booking form and the required deposit.

 

Pets: Sorry, with respect to future guests, we do not allow any pets in the cottage.

 

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the cottage but you may smoke in the garden.
